Bought this framed picture at a flea market. I know it's Challenger but I'm trying to determine which mission. Any ideas? (Sorry for the pour quality. It was too big to scan so I took a photo of it.)

Also, what's that area in the center just left of the crawlerway? It appears to have a LOX tank.

And 51-L can be ruled out because I can just see Pad A in the upper corner of the original picture and it's empty (Columbia would be there if this was the 51-L rollout).
