Falcon 9 rideshare availability maybe not so elastic after all?

I wonder how that panned out for them.

The payload is described as a 16U cubesat, which would certainly fit on an Electron. However, they may have planned on ridesharing on that ABL launch, and can't afford a full dedicated Electron launch.
