Thank you mikezang, you are fast
Would you consider posting NOTAMs with the last two lines (date and time of issue and the publisher)?

As of the NOTAM, the area is aligned with a 63.4 deg orbit. Probable analog is the CZ-4C launch of 2022 Mar 17 (Yaogan 34 02).
This message reflects my personal opinion based on open sources of information.

Sort of.
In my source, the same NOTAM looks like

Of course the SOURCE line is less significant, but the Issue Date UTC is a must, I think.

If we assume an orbital inclination of 63°, it cannot be Yaogan 33.
Yaogan 33 has an orbital inclination of 98°.
The topic should be renamed.

I made mistake, it should be Yaogan-34C

Online Galactic Penguin SST

According to official reports:

* The satellite is by CAS Mircosat for “tech demonstration including spatial environment monitoring” purposes

* The target orbit is apparently high enough (perhaps 1000+ km, 63 degree inclination as with the YG-31 triplets?) and the satellite heavy enough that the CZ-2D’s 2nd stage had to have its RCS removed to shave 100 kg out in the capability (the verniers are uses this time for attitude control)

* The trajectory is likely to be very lofted such that new drop zones have to be analyzed

* This is the last CZ-2D from Jiuquan of 2022

I have no idea where SY-20A and B went to.

Orbital Launch no.147 of 2022

Shiyan 20C | CASC | Oct 29 | 0101 UTC

#CASC successfully launched its #LongMarch 2D carrier rocket from Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center lifting the Shiyan 20C into space used for in-orbit tests like space environment monitoring.

A complete success! China launched the Shiyan-20C satellite into predetermined orbit from the #Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center on Saturday morning. The mission was delivered by a #LongMarch 2D carrier rocket, a normal temperature, liquid, two-stage carrier rocket.

From http://www.spacechina.com/n25/n2014789/n2014804/c3650319/content.html I infer that the non-sequential name was given to honor the China Communist Party 20th Congress.
Well, I'm not so sure if the C letter is from Congress or from the CX-3C satellite designation.
