Another VLEO newspace earth remote observation outfit, claiming to be gunning for 10cm GSD (but have yet to launch a sat)

It appears they are using a relatively conventional hexagon body telescope bus, but they appear to be proceeding with a VLEO design dependent on propellant refueling for their electric thruster? I wonder how the business economics work out on that, because RPOS in VLEO for refueling is going to be challenging, plus who supplies the propellant?
