Just turned on the TV and for once astronomy was being talked about on BBC News 24. And in the background was a lovely CGI picture of the Jovan moon system, and JIMO. Turn the sound on. "ESA will be spending a billion euros on JUCE, which will be exploring Jupiter's icy moons..."

Imagine how excited I got! And then I looked up what ESA was actually planning to build. Er, yeah... ::) I'm not sure exactly where I made my mistake. Trusting a news programme on anything to do with science. Assuming that ESA has the gumption to do anything remotely this ambitious. Or assuming something like JIMO could be done for only a billion euros. ;D
