Online Galactic Penguin SST

This launch was announced back on August 31 (press release with payload details here: https://www.space-one.co.jp/news/news_20250831.html) with 4 satellites on board towards a 500 km altitude 97° inclination SSO, all from domestic companies/schools:

* TATARA-1R
* SC-Sat1a
* HErO
* AETS-1
