On October 4th, 2022, Iranian media announced a successful suborbital rocket launch conducted to test the “Saman” orbital transfer block, designed for elevation the orbital height of satellites.
The rocket carrying the “Saman” stage was launched to a height of 100 kilometers, enabling test of the system in vacuum conditions.

The rocket engine belongs to the KhaybarShekan missile. Of course, the rear fin of this missile is fixed.
