The launch of a ULA #DeltaIVHeavy rocket carrying the #NROL68 mission for the @NatReconOfc has been delayed. During routine pre-launch processing the team discovered a flight valve that exhibited off-nominal behavior. A new launch date will be confirmed when available.
Can ULA fixed the problem with the Delta-IV Heavy at the pad?

Wikipedia says that stacking occurs in the HIF, not on the pad. Still close to the pad, so it can happen without being shipped all the way back to the factory in Decatur. The real Tory Bruno don't have a "0" at the end of his twitter handle and have a blue check mark. That is why I ask if repairs can be done at the pad.@Newton_V was an ULA person.
How are Delta IV Heavy repairs going? Almost ready to fly?

We'll keep our fingers crossed for a ULA announcement of a new launch date for the NROL-68 mission later this month.
