In the German forum the launch of Shi Jian 19 (SJ 19) is assumed for November 22.
I don't know the source.

The same information appears at https://www.spacetv.net/live/launch-of-cnsa-long-march-2d-with-shijian-19/ without citing any source.

国内首个可重复使用返回式技术试验卫星立项
Quote
China’s first reusable returnable technology test satellite project established

Want to go to space? Is there no chance? A rare opportunity for stars!

In the second half of 2024, my country will launch its first reusable returnable technology test satellite, and our company is now authorized to conduct a nationwide collection of onboard products. Carrying and returning to space can attract the attention of hundreds of millions of people and have considerable traffic value; carrying and returning to space can significantly increase the social value and market value of the carried products. Do you want your carried products to become rare and unique?

The reusable returnable technology test satellite is expected to conduct more than 10 days of testing in orbit and return to Earth. The opportunity for a precious "ticket" is here! The notary office can be said to provide authoritative notarization, hold onboarding handover ceremonies, and provide all-round publicity services. Come and get onboarded!
The Kechongfu Shiyong Fanhuishi Jishu Shiyan Weixing(Reusable Returnable Technology Test Satellite 可重复使用返回式技术试验卫星) might be launched in 2024. The Pinyin and English both longer, maybe KSFJSW or RRTTS is better for this case?

实践十九号 我国首颗可重复使用返回式技术试验卫星 于今年下半年发射
Quote
Practical No. 19: my country's top reuse return technology test competition stars will be announced in the second half of this year

Practice 19 is my country's first reusable and recoverable technology test satellite. It is scheduled to be launched in the second half of 2024 and will return to the ground after 13.5 days of orbital flight.

In order to further implement the concept of commercial space development and actively implement the spirit of the 2024 Central Economic Work Conference on "building several strategic emerging industries such as commercial space", Practice 19 has reserved some payload resources for carrying staple food crop seeds, cash crop seeds, Chinese herbal medicine seeds, forest and flower seeds, tissue culture seedlings, plant callus, food industry microorganisms, medical microorganisms, feed microorganisms, calligraphy photos and other cultural and creative products, and carry out satellite commercial carrying activities to meet the space carrying needs of all sectors of society, stimulate the vitality of the space economy, and promote the development of the space application industry. Now we are soliciting a small amount of payload resources from the society and invite you to take this space journey together!

Is suspect there is a typo in the name Shiyan-19? A satellite with this name has already been launched in March 2023 on a CZ-11.

The description of a reusable and recoverable satellite matches the long overdue Shijian 19.

It is, indeed, Shijian 19 which was mentioned in the link above. I've changed the thread title.

Possibly launching on September 27?

https://forum.nasaspaceflight.com/index.php?topic=61535.0

...or not.

According to Igor Lissov, at the NK forum, the areas presented on that thread were last used to launch Yaogan-37.

Odd that they added a fairing before launch; I thought earlier models like SJ-10 flew with no fairing (like Dragon/F9)

Maybe the spacecraft has deployable solar panels, like those shown in one of the illustrations.
