Diameter of road wheels for transporter erector launcher for Hwasong-18 seems to be 1.5 meter / 150 cm / 1500mm while for Hwasong-19 it seems to be at least 1.7 meter / 170 cm / 1700mm.

EDIT:
To add is long range cruise missiles are probably have clones/derivatives of TRDD-50 low bypass turbofan engine.

More missile tests from North Korea on 8 May. As least two SL-MLRS (600 mm diameter) and one Hwasong-11Ka (which I previously called Hwasong-Iskander as it looked similar to the Russian Iskander). The Hwasong-11Na is shorter and fatter, looking similar to the US ATACMS.

It seems that Kwesambong is roughly around this area, so it looks like it's about 400 km from the Ryokuura area (the pin below marks an approximate location).

DPRK Missile Administration Tests Important Weapon System

Pyongyang, October 23 (KCNA) -- The Missile Administration of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea successfully tested an important weapon system on October 22.

The test was overseen by Pak Jong Chon, secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea (WPK), and Kim Jong Sik, first vice department director of the WPK Central Committee, and Jang Chang Ha, general director of the Missile Administration of the DPRK.

The new weapon system was tested as part of the defence capability development program to enhance the sustainability and effectiveness of strategic deterrence against potential enemies.

Pak Jong Chon said that the new cutting-edge weapon system is a clear proof of steadily upgrading self-defensive technical capabilities of the DPRK, adding that the DPRK's activities are evidently aimed to continue to bolster up the war deterrent and their purpose is to strengthen self-defence. Upon authorization of the Party Central Military Commission, he highly appreciated the defence science research group which is achieving radical successes in developing the weapon system of a new strategic value.

Two hypersonic projectiles launched from Ryokpho District, Pyongyang Municipality, toward the northeast direction hit the target point on the tableland of Kwesang Peak in Orang County, North Hamgyong Province. -0-

Not sure why would they bother launching Hwasong-7 when they could test batch of their solid fuel SRBM's.

No it isn't, either Hwasong-11E or Hwasong-16B.
