Looks like the next two launches from Jiuquan will take place on May 31 and June 17.

On May 31 a Chang Zheng-2D rocket will orbit the Gaofen-9 (02) remote sensing satellite and on June 17 another Chang Zheng-2D rocket will orbit the Gaofen-9 (03) satellite.

The source is this NOTAM, strangely combining 2 different windows in one notice:

A1771/20 - A TEMPORARY RESTRICTED AREA ESTABLISHED BOUNDED BY:
N350758E0985118-N351117E0983158-N353507E0983802-N353038E0990356
BACK TO START.
VERTICAL LIMITS:GND-UNL. GND - UNL, 0852-0915 MAY 31,0718-0740 JUN 17, 31 MAY08:52 2020 UNTIL 17 JUN 07:40 2020. CREATED: 25 MAY 05:33 2020

So the windows would be 08:52 - 09:15 UTC on May 31 and 07:18 - 07:40 UTC on June 17.

The linkage with GF-9-02 and 03 comes from this report of CAST DFH's team for these 2 satellites leaving for Jiuquan back on March 29. It also happens that the original GF-9 flew on a CZ-2D and there were 2 CZ-2Ds (Y51/52) reported to fly last year but didn't, which would make such a guess pretty plausible.

Cross-post from the CZ-11 launch thread:
Some other pictures.
Note the other pads have fully stacked rockets
Is it possible to deduce any launch vehicle and/or payload identities?

A new remote sensing satellite (I suppose in the Jilin-1 series) will be launched at the end of June for the Station B. The satellite is named "Bili Bili Video Satellite" (“bì lī bì lī shìpín wèixīng”) and was developed by the Changguang Satellite Technology Co., Ltd. It weighs about 172 kg and is equipped with two high-performance payload cameras.

The satellite was shipped to the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center on May 11, and preparations for the test before launch are progressing smoothly.

Station B said that the satellite will look down on the earth in a solar synchronous orbit more than 500 kilometers above the ground, and can circle the earth 15 times a day. The satellite has a three-dimensional stereo imaging function, which can realize high-precision remote sensing observation of the ground, capture the city's low light at night, observe the changes of the earth's aurora, and also observe space objects such as the moon and Saturn. In addition, Station B will regularly update popular science videos based on massive remote sensing videos and picture data captured by satellites. The content will include many fields such as science and technology, humanities, history, earth, public welfare, education, and will customize the shooting tasks for station B users.

Possibly to launch on the first KZ-11.

From Xinhua,

China plans to launch meteorological satellite to dawn-dusk orbit.

China plans to send a meteorological weather satellite into a dawn-dusk orbit, its developer said Thursday.

The satellite was designed and built by the Shanghai Academy of Spaceflight Technology, affiliated with the China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation. It will be the world's first polar-orbiting weather satellite in a dawn-dusk orbit.

According to the academy, the satellite is undergoing final tests and is expected to come out of the factory by the end of 2020.

Fengyun-3M-1?

Also, there is a plan to develop a rainfall measurement satellite: FY-3RM (2019), that shall carry Ku/Ka band radar, microwave sounding and imaging instruments.

Fengyun-3E?
From eoportal:
Quote
Feasibility Study on FY-3 Use of Early Morning Orbit: FY-3 series serves at least for another 15 years with the additional four satellites. Sixteen (16) improved or new instruments will be configured on FY-3C/D/E/F. It is unrealistic for CMA to fly three orbits (AM, PM, and Early Morning) at the same time. Since FY-3C & 3D are being manufactured now, there is no chance to make them changed for the Early Morning orbit. FY-3E is possibly the only opportunity for CMA to fly early morning orbit before 2020.
Why would the author or editor of this page state that it is "unrealistic" for CMA to maintain 3 SSO orbital planes?

Continuing re: Xichang launch cadence:

Given the image from here (image attached below), we have the LV for Beidou-3G3 on LC2.

If our launch date information is correct, we can deduce that the next launch from either LC2 or 3 would be APStar-6D launching from LC3.

<snip>
Apparently not.
Beidou launch: June 23, 0215 ~0140 UTC.

And therefore...
APStar launch: Delay of the Beidou launch has apparently delayed this launch into July.

EDITED for clarification.
That's why.
