launch time is 03:43:03.331 UTC

I see 05.331. Standart time between "push button" and liftoff is 4-6 seconds, "push button" for this launch was at :00.

P.S.: And confirmation: 11:43:12 minus 7 equals 11:43:05.

So it's a new plane, which makes 5 planes for the whole constellation (launc 4 reinforced an existing plane). Logically there should be a sixth equally spaced plane.

It seems that 45462 (2020-021C) has not stabilized in its expected orbital position.
