faustod - 21/1/2008 12:48 PMIn the schedule, I don't see the launch of Delta II-Worldview 2. Is this launch cancelled or in hold?
Lawntonlookirs - 21/1/2008 5:47 PMIn reviewing the launch times, I was surprised that NASA has Kennedy and Canaveral listed. I always thought they were the same. Originally named Cape Canaveral and latter changed to Kennedy, and then back to Canaveral. The Kennedy space center name remained. I assume that when they refer to Canaveral, they are talking about launch pads that are at Canaveral Air Station which is where the original pre saturn launches took place.
faustod - 3/2/2008 10:15 AMIf I don't take a mistake, I believe that the launch of Discovery 11-Delta II in June 2009, does not exist.More, the launch of MIDEX-08-Delta II is reported twice:in August and in September 2011.
Skyrocket - 3/2/2008 11:30 AMI would suggest to remove these missions from the schedule, as these are neither funded nor even defined. Both given launch dates and vehicles are only laceholder for planned missions and will surely change...Furthermore i do not see any reason to sugest, that the launch vehicle for GOES-R and GOES-S is already baselined as Delta IV-M+(4,2). Both Atlas-V or Delta-IV are likely.

Both satellites mentioned are in the 6000 kg class.
