However, similar four-stage rockets like the Hyperbola-1 and the Inidan SSLV have a hydrazine-fueled fourth stage, which has the purpose of fine-adjusting the orbit.

I recall a presentation saying it's was a bipropellant stage so a guess would be NTO/UDMH like the rest of the country's upper stages.
