Here are apogee and perigee for S-1095 (blue) and CSS (red) during the Jul 1 encounter. Looks like S-1095 may also have done a small avoidance burn - but probably China didn't know/trust that it was going to..

In contrast, for the Oct 21 pass of Starlink 2305, the CSS orbit change is more obvious and the Starlink, which had just begun orbit raising 5 days earlier, seems to be raising continuously without adjustment for the CSS pass..

Since China is upset they had to shift the CSS twice this year to avoid a collision ISS and CSS positions have been perma-added to the globe. You can find them (type CSS or ISS into search) they are sky-visible in AR mode in the App, and you can calc upcoming passes.

Here are the TIP messages. One of them possibly just happened. (STARLINK-1535) but the location would have been anywhere within almost a full orbit. (+/- 59 minutes of travel).
