More debris objects cataloged today from the Russian S5M upper stage from 1991 that broke up on Feb 12. Now 78 debris objects in the catalog from it, about 1200 km up (82 deg inclination) so will be there for a long time. Gabbard diagram below.

Update on orbit raising for Starlink launches 2 (cyan), 3 (magenta), 4 (red), 5 (black). All three subgroups of launch 2 have completed orbit raising. 1 subgroup ( 20 of 60) for each of launches 3 and 4 also complete. Launch 5 data a mess with lots of changing identifications
