Countdown Holding
This is Delta Launch Control at T-minus 4 hours, 15 minutes and holding. The countdown has entered the first of two planned holds in today's timeline.

This pause was scheduled to last 15 minutes. However, the hold will be extended about an hour to allow all required activities to be accomplished prior to fueling.

The pneumatics issue could not be solved within the launch window?
***

Are there NOTAMs or NOTMARs for the three CBCs?

The launch window on August 26 opened at 0616 UTC.
The launch window on August 27 opened at 0612 UTC.
If the launch window opening regresses 4 minutes per day, then the launch window on August 28 should open at 0608 UTC.

I'm posting here because there's confusion about the launch time. Some mentions of it are UTC, others ET, and a couple (not here) just list a time, not the timezone or date.

Per ULA's website,
Quote
Launch Date: Aug. 29, with a launch time of 2:04 a.m. EDT

That is 06:04 a.m. UTC Aug 29th

This is 11:04 p.m. PST, Aug 28th
