It seems they also re-applied for a fairing re-rad permit for the PSN VI mission.

It has different frequencies than the other pre-launch testing permit.

(Informational note: Please make any followup discussion posts in the "Government Shutdown" thread in the Space Policy section)

The FCC had funding through January 2.  Parts of the FCC started shutting down today.  The myIBFS and Experimental Licensing System sites are now offline until the shutdown is resolved.  Filing deadlines that occur during the shutdown will be extended until the day after resumption of business (the first round of comments on the Starlink modification filing should be due in about 10 days, so would be affected if the shutdown lasts that long).

New FCC filings:
0023-EX-ST-2019 - CRS-16 Dragon Tracking (Starts 4/12/19)
0026-EX-ST-2019 - Arabsat 6A Falcon Heavy Launch (Starts 3/7/19)
0028-EX-ST-2019 - Arabsat 6A recovery filings for both landing zones and the droneship (Starts 3/7/19)
Doesn’t this have to be for CRS-17 not 16?

From the distance calculator: 965.84km from the launchpad for the center core landing position. I don't know you but I want to see its reentry.

SpaceX submitted an updated filing for the launch vehicle communications for DM-1, adding another frequency for the first stage transmissions: 0150-EX-ST-2019

And SpaceX has rescinded that application now. Remission of Application letter:

SpaceX has decided to not pursue the communications required by the change on this request for
additional frequency / bandwidth. Please remove this application for STA.

0203-EX-ST-2019 CRS-17 Launch Vehicle Comms (the mission number on the filing has to be a typo, should be 1405).
0207-EX-ST-2019 RTLS landing

0203-EX-ST-2019, SpX CRS-17 launch vehicle comms request has had the mission number typo corrected to 1405 as gongora suggested.

Also I should point out that the mystery re-rad ops STA from last august 1392-EX-ST-2018 shares the same mission number (1392) with the Arabsat 6A lv comms STA, 0026-EX-ST-2019. The re-rad STA was for the pad, not for the payload facility, and expires 2019-04-23.

FAA license LLS 17-101 has been replaced by LLO 19-110, dated 15 February 2019.

LLS 17-101 was for Falcon 9 GTO launches from KSC LC-39A.
LLO 17-110 is for Falcon 9 GTO and Dragon CRS launches from KSC LC-39A.

[Edit: updated from gongoras post: added 'Falcon 9' and CRS, removed "crew"]

So this is the "crew dragon license".

Actually the license specifies CRS missions, which would not include crewed Dragon flights.  It also doesn't include FH flights of any kind.

This appears to be DM-1 related.  Interesting that they listed another ground station in Alaska.
