"Tonight, we dine in hydrazine!" (C) Yes, 400 Protons is much cooler than 300 Spartans. Somehow, even with all its problems from 1965 till 2014, the thought that a rocket of the size of the Saturn IB is still in active duty after 400 flights in basically the same configuration (yes I know the number of incremental upgrades is huge) is......astonishing. Given its extremely chequered early history (9 failures in 11 launches 1969.1-1970.2 - had this been the Saturn IB/Titan III there would be zero chance that it would have survived this feat), it's amazing to see the Proton having a chance of actually getting to 500 flights before retirement.
Satori, which feed are you using? I'm only getting the below at
Someone got the serial numbers of rocket parts for this flight?
A view that doesn't freeze:

No TLEs yet for the spacecraft. However according to NK forum on January 1, Yamal-401 was in GEO with excentricity 0.0001 and longitude was 89.92°E
