Planning on all three landing sites being called up for Tuesday.  (Again to protect the option.)  Want to see if there are any issues with those plans.

In launch integration news, on the STS-120 ET/SRB mating review held today, no big issues except for the LO2 feedline bracket loss on this mission.  They reviewed possible ways to mitigate foam loss from the brackets, but decided it was too early to make decision on modifications.  But they decided to delay the mating, put a schedule together of how to do some of the changes on ET-120, and meet again early next week to re-evaluate.

At this point, Cain said it's not likely to delay ISS-10A/STS-120 (they have about a week's margin), but it could delay downstream missions due to the single integration cell (VAB High Bay 1) being in the critical path...

Very good briefing by Leroy. Lots of good quotes in there (couple of article's worth at least).

Going back and reviewing Leroy Cain's update, a couple of clarifications:

* On the landing site call-ups, they won't likely decide tomorrow (just get a status update), but the team is looking at what is necessary to call up all three sites as early as Monday for a Tuesday landing.  He did say that if the hurricane continues to move as currently forecast, they would want to land somewhere on Tuesday, meaning no 24-hour wave off.

* On planning for EVA-4, a smaller management meeting (not the full, formal MMT) will occur tonight to decide on the plan for tomorrow.

To land Tuesday we have to close hatches Saturday night and undock Sunday.  There is a good chance we won't see much change before then.  And to close hatches then, we likely are looking at a 4.5 hour EVA.  That decision will be made tomorrow morning.

Going to stop after the wireless antenna install on the EVA, even if they are ahead of the timeline.

Hurricane Dean's strength was revised up to a Category 4 a little while ago, maximum winds currently estimated to be 135 mph.

This is a delete-able post, but that's an ugly looking storm...

Looks as if they are favoring a Tuesday landing, then.

Tuesday will be a push for the crew (according to the MSB earlier in the day), but whatever is safest.
