The contract was signed in Xichang on Oct 17th following the successful launch of APStar-9 earlier that day.

System performance tests, dynamic tests and thermal vacuum tests of APStar-6C have been successfully completed. Launch schedule for March 15, 2018.

Interesting to see an AN-124 delivering in the PRC.  I hadn't noticed this before.

Would this be a Beijing to Xichang flight?
