The Amazon-1 testing campaign started in June last year, at LIT.

The satellite will be launched from the Sriharikota Launch Center (SHAR) in India by the PSLV (Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle) rocket. The launch is scheduled for September this year.

It has become I'll believe it when I see the NOTAM's and integration pictures. Yellow dog press over there drives me crazy with hearsay.

2020
March 5, 1213UTC - GSLV  - GISAT-1 (GEO Imaging SATellite)
March 31 - PSLV - GSAT-12R
April - PSLV C49 - RISAT-2BR2 + 4 Kleos + 4 Spiresats
April - SSLV Demo 1- "DefenceSat-A/DefenceSat-B"

After the GSLV launch has been postponed due to the virus, we can expect that all of these will slip. SSLV would not have launched in April anyway.

I'm not really sure where to post this since the entire question is what rocket this might be flying on, but there have been a couple recent filings for ground stations to support the early operations of two Blacksky sats NET June 22.  Would that be the already known SSLV flight with just two sats instead of four, or a different launch altogether?

This ODAR replaces the previously submitted ODAR.2  It now considers only the YAM-2 satellite and updates the satellite mass from 78.8 kg to 77.3 kg and launch date from January 2021 to September 2020.
...
Schedule of upcoming mission milestones: Loft Orbital has contracted Spaceflight Services to broker the YAM-2 launch. Spaceflight’s most recent manifest indicates a launch window of September 1, 2020 – September 30, 2020.

Mission Overview: The YAM-2 satellite will be launched into a sun-synchronous, Low Earth Orbit (LEO). The satellite bus will use reaction wheels, magnetic torque coils, a star tracker, magnetometers, sun sensors, and an inertial measurement unit to enable precision 3-axis pointing without the use of propellant.

Launch Vehicle and Launch Site: YAM-2: Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle, Operated by the Indian Space Research Organization. The launch site is the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Srihrikota, India. The PSLV launch vehicle will transport multiple mission payloads to orbit.

YAM-2 will be deployed into an approximately sun synchronous circular LEO. Once the final stage has burned out, the primary payloads will be dispensed. After the primary payloads are clear, the secondary payload will separate. YAM-2 will deploy one solar panel once deployed from the MkII Motorized Light Band (MLB) deployer. The spacecraft is expected to be deployed with the following orbital parameters:
Highest Apogee: 550 km
Highest Perigee: 550 km
Target Inclination: 97.5° ± 0.3°
