If it is, then it's likely this one from a couple of weeks ago. It can be seen parked off to the side next to the SPMTS in Robert's pic, the difference being in the enlarged screencap pic I'm providing is to show that not only is it a mobile crane, but also that it has moved and the SPMTS in Robert's pic appear to be gone now.

If it has a folded and stored black two section truss boom extension on the right side of the white section of the main boom then very likely yes however that one in your appears  to be a JLG schemed and liveried boom with a crane hardpoint lifting kit installed whereas the one in the first one I reied to appears to be a white and black boom with base being black, dark grey or dark navy blue.

However the angles aren't identical so it makes it hard to tell.

Here are the Blue Origin videos as posted on You Tube:

Amazing progress at Blue Origin. ???    I look at this thread every year or two to try to catch up with the rapid ( ;)) progress by the Bob Smith-led Blue.

Remarkably, there's been only 120 posts in the thread since the post 19 months ago, in Feb 2021, when the BO PR person, Caitlin, said in the video "I cannot wait to see New Glenn launch here soon."   ::)

This is a whole 'nuther level of "soon".
Re arguments from authority on NSF:  "no one is exempt from error, and errors of authority are usually the worst kind.  Taking your word for things without question is no different than a bracket design not being tested because the designer was an old hand."
"You would actually save yourself time and effort if you were to use evidence and logic to make your points instead of wrapping yourself in the royal mantle of authority.  The approach only works on sheep, not inquisitive, intelligent people."

Does the new glenn launch pad have a hold down capability?

This is because I am wondering how they will do a full system test of the first stage:
1. Would they do a system test of the booster section of New Glenn with the seven BE-4 engines in the test stand 4670 in Huntsville?
2. Would they do a vibration test of the New Glenn first stage ?

or
3. Would they do an all up system test and put the first stage on the launch pad, hold it down and execute a system test of the first stage at full power for the launch phase of the boost?

Anyone know....? I guess we will find out!

The local spaceport skyline got a new addition today after Blue Origin raised a transporter-erector at LC-36. Next up, hopefully within a few years — a rocket.

A great shot from John showing the transporter/erector led horizontal at LC-36.

You may wish to keep an eye on this as it might be a New Glenn second stage simulator. Credit goes to Reddit's Blue Origin subreddit.

Lots of interesting detail there. The modular transporters are back on the ramp. The test tank is gone and the stand is empty. Hopefully, everything went well with the prop loading, and lots of interesting detail can be seen inside the stand. By the start of the ramp and where the transporters are parked, there's a circular structure that looks like a lot a stand for testing or a part of the launch infrastructure that's yet to be installed. It's certainly about the right diameter for 7 meter wide New Glenn.

Some other things I noticed were more (presumably Jarvis) rings and domes outside the tents. And at LC-12, there are some signs of activity, but unsure what was there before. There appears to be a lattice structure similar to the second stage simulator spotted earlier, two square structures, a test tank(?), and another ring and dome.

Down at the south end of the Cape, we have my favourite looking launch complex 😏 Blue Origin's Launch Complex 36.

https://api.soar.earth/short/a29a69ao

The northern door of the massive hangar is seen open. This may just be for airflow, but maybe it's a sign of something more coming... 🚀

The SMPT/Transporter in the above photos now seems to be inside of the hangar  :)

Satellite imagery taken yesterday gives us another angle of Blue Origin's Launch Complex 36 where there appears to be a flurry of more visible hardware movement going on.

Two fairing containers are visible outside of the large hangar. This could indicate that fairings are being integrated onto the New Glenn simulator before it goes through check outs on the pad in the near future.

Up north, multiple ring sections for Jarvis development tanks can be seen. This matches what we saw during the latest @NASASpaceflight flyover video: youtu.be/uYWrwyzwEmg

High resolution satellite imagery of LC-39A and LC-36. Two of the most capable launch pads in the world, and both currently seeing lots of work underway.

This is a nice change of pace to see Blue Origin so busy and active at all times of day such that it is no longer possible to hide what is being done.

That being said, it looks as though this is seeing if the "mini-TE" test rig is able to move and support the mass of a second stage, not a full test of any ground support connections to the stage since the boilerplate does not seem to have any fluid hookup plates.

For reference, here is a very good close up of it as it was being transported to Cape Canaveral and then to LC-36:

The TE has gone vertical at Blue Origin's LC-36 facility giving an idea of the scale of New Glenn. The launch views from Jetty Park will be out of this world.
