Weird that the launch happened from LC-3, this would break the alternation between the two pads that has been in place so far since the previous launch was also from LC-3.

I’m not sure the servicing platforms, arms and umbilicals at LC-2 can handle the CZ-2D.

It makes sense, all the previous CZ-2D launches from Xichang happened from LC-3

All Yaogon 30 and Yaogan 35 groups were launched from LC 3.
