The launch in March is StarOne C2 with Vinasat 1 on Ariane 5ECA

Is this your prediction? What is your source for this?

That's what I've heard from the manufacturer side, as well.

Herschel-Planck is now in December, according to the ESA press conf yesterday.

First of all, Turkish satellite-name must be changed. It is not "Turksat 3-1". It is officially named as "Turksat 3A" !!!
----

Eutelsat W2M is planned for launch in last quarter of 2008.

JCSAT 12 is scheduled in 2009.

Not yet. Should also be removed from the schedule until it gets more substancial.

AMC 21 is slated to launch with Hot Bird 9

TerreStar is now schedule from December 08-February 09 http://www.businesswire.com/portal/site/google/index.jsp?ndmViewId=news_view&newsId=20080207006475&newsLang=en

Optus D3 is targeted as the first commercial Soyuz (as was Optus D2), with Ariane backup

Thor 6 could fly on either Ariane or Soyuz

LISA is a co-passenger with Pleiades in 2010

Sicral 2 is not yet awarded and they are currently looking at the same bus as Sicral 1B, not well suited for Ariane

I h´ve got a little notice: at 2009 are planed 2 BWB satcoms with Ariane 5. I think, that it´s a keying mistake only.
