Edit: Biomass and Platino-1 have been contacted and arianespace published a press release. Indeed, Proba-3 hasn't been announced officially. But ~550kg combined satellite mass to the odd high inclination 600x 60530km 59deg orbit; means a dedicated launch. Vega could launch this, Vega-C has more capacity. So vega is the logical launcher.

ESA Earth Explorer 7; Biomass has a mass of 1200kg, it's target orbit is 666km SSO.
So it's nearly going to the 700km SSO/polar reference orbit for vega (-C) launch capability.
Vega can orbit 1400kg to the reference orbit. So there is 200kg residual capability.
I think SSMS via Vampire rideshare payload structure with two <100kg payloads is possible.
Arianespace published a press release stating PLATiNO-1 will launch on Vega in 2022 and PLATiNO-2 on Vega-C in 2024. But plan's could have changed.
I was assuming PLATiNO-1 was based on the Sitael S-75 bus, but possibly it's based on the S-200/PLATiNO bus.

Arianespace/ European launch schedule is really unpredictable and fluid. Differing statement about the magnitude of the Arianepace orderbook. Arianespace states there are 7 Vega-C launches in their backlog, while Avio states 14 launches between 2023 and 2025. This is the amount of launchers ordered.
The launch schedule will become even less predictable because of competition between European launchers.
Let's take Sentinel 2C as example, that's a ~1200kg 780km SSO satellite. Vega was used to launch Sentinel 2A and 2B. Now it could launch on: Vega-C with rideshare (>800kg), Ariane 62 on SSO rideshare mission, or on RFA one (and ISAR Spectrum ?). I thought Sentinel 2C was initially planned to launch in 2022/23, but now it's 2024. Launches always move to the right.
The Copernicus Sentinel Expansion missions, are even less predictable because they are in development, so final mass isn't known jet. When they are lighter there are more launch options. And the launch timing is less certain.

I appreciate all the work that is put into the Arianespace launch schedule.
Sorry, but AFAIK there isn't a launch on Arianespace backlog with launch dates beyond 2025. These are planned European institutional missions where the launch still needs to be ordered. I would prefer a satellite mass rather than a launcher, because hopefully there will be more launch options. Missions might be launched by other providers than Arianespace.

I agree GWR64, so there is conflicting info.

I thought the CAS/ESA (Cosmic Vision S2); SMILE mission would launch on a Long March 2C. But that was wrong/ has changed into Vega-C. So the propulsion section could be a Vega-C ALEK
The propulsion segment looks derived from AVUM+, it could be interesting if this delays to 2025 and it could launch on VEGA-E. Could this already be a kick-stage for Vega-E?

In just a few months’ time Europe’s first Meteosat Third Generation satellite will soar into the skies on an Ariane 5 rocket from French Guiana. <snip>

Slated for launch at the end of November, the first Meteosat Third Generation Imager, MTG-I1, satellite carries a Flexible Combined Imager and a Lightning Imager.

This will be followed by packing and shipping, by boat, to Kourou, French Guiana, at the end of September.

Once safely in Kourou, final preparations for lift off will take around seven weeks. Launch is scheduled for late November.

Isar said July 21 it signed a binding term sheet with CNES to launch from the Diamant launch complex at the Guiana Space Center, or CSG, near Kourou, French Guiana. The new pad, which will be in addition to one at Andøya, Norway, will host launches starting in the first half of 2024.

So ISAR Aerospace wasn't the only company selected.
I don not understand how CNES plans to facilitate  this many launchers at CSG. Multi user launch zone(s)?
All these companies use LOx as oxidizer, fuels used differ; solid, LNG, LPG, Kerosine.
I think ELA-3, the Ariane 5 launch pad, could also be modified to accommodate small launchers. Aspecially the flameduct for the vulcan engine.

And why select Avio, they can use ELV, the Vega launch zone. They should not use the Diamant launch zone(s).

When will the ViaSat-3 satellites launch?

For the first ViaSat-3 satellite over The Americas, service launch to support commercial services is anticipated in the first quarter of 2023 (Viasat’s Q4 for fiscal year 2023). The second ViaSat-3 payload (EMEA) shipped to Boeing July 8, 2022. Its service launch is anticipated for 2023. The launch date of the third satellite over APAC is TBD.
