Grasshopper launching out of ela1

If Vega is moved it will allow ELA 1 to be used for something else reusable research is my vote .

Grasshopper-like flights out of CSG are scheduled to fly from the old Diamant launch pad. That particular pad is being converted for exactly that purpose as we speak.

Vega ain't moving off ELA-1 for many more years to come.
