BANG! In case you need a more powerful solid rocket, ORIENSPACE tested the core stage motor of GRAVITATION-1 (YL-1) on Aug. 31. The motor is 2.65m in diameter and has thrust of 255t, higher than ZK1A which has made maiden launch one month ago.

"Gravity-1" OrienSpace's solid-fuel rocket 1:1 model. With a 3.5 stage design and 600-ton liftoff thrust, it's set for a December maiden sea launch, aiming for a 6.5-ton low Earth orbit capacity. 2024 will be a very busy year for many space companies. buff.ly/47xeZYt
