FWIW, CRS specifies a series of narrowing delivery windows in days as a function of months before launch (by "mutual agreement"):* ATP through L-13: 90 days* L-13 through L-4: 30 days* L-4 through L-2: 14 days* L-2 through L-1: 4 days* L-1 through Launch: 1 days
