Jean-Jacques Dordain has told on Baikonur cosmodrome that ATV-4 launch is planned in March 2013 and ATV-5 launch - in March 2014. New spacecrafts will be launched after ATV-5 and it is not ATV-R.

"The identical Pleiades 1B satellite, which is already built, will not be launched before March 2013, to give the satellites’ owner, the French government, time to check out Pleiades 1A and confirm its performance"

Challenges for 2012

Arianespace has set a target of seven Ariane 5 launches in 2012, including the Edoardo Amaldi ATV3, scheduled for March 9. It also plans five Soyuz launches, three from the Guiana Space Center and two from Baikonur, via Starsem.

Arianespace teams are working with their counterparts from the European Space Agency (ESA), the Guiana Space Center and industry to prepare the first launch of the new Vega light rocket, which will orbit the Lares and AlmaSat-1 satellites, along with several microsatellites.

Jean-Jacques Dordain is talking about the Vega Launch taking place on the 9th February in his meeting with the press. Looks like a 2 day delay.
