Now, it plans to launch in November

Thank you! I'll assume this will be the first of two pairs of Beidou-3 sats still schedule for 2017.

China to launch more BeiDou-3 satellites in 2017

Quote
BEIJING, Sept. 18 (Xinhua) -- More BeiDou-3 satellites will be launched in November 2017, according to a senior designer of the satellite navigation system.

By the end of this year, two more groups of BeiDou-3 satellites will be sent into space, said Ran Chengqi of state-owned Beidou Navigation Satellite System on Monday at a high-tech forum.

The satellite navigation system will provide services for Belt and Road countries around 2018, and form a complete global satellite navigation system by 2020, said Ran. BeiDou-3's position accuracy is less than five meters, he said.

Currently, the system is able to provide open services to the Asia-Pacific region. China is the third country to develop a satellite navigation system after the United States and Russia.

Here's the source.

This actually make more sense with respect to the timing that the tracking ships are heading to the South Pacific again for this part of the launch season (Yuan Wang 7 departed on October 11 with 3 and 6 to leave later).

This launch should be the CZ-3B "return to flight" after the partial launch failure of ZX-9A on June 18, 2017.
(see launch thread here)

The launch is now on November 5 according to Chinese sources.
Also the BDS office has confirmed that their next pair of satellites will be launched in early November so the payload are also identified.  :)

This looks like the fairing debris area for CZ-3B for Compass M3/M4 in April 2012

Launch time was 16 minutes after closure start time

It seems there will be a commercial live coverage for this launch, maybe Kris Wu will show up in this event ;)
Unfortunately I will have a class in the launch time, can't watch it

It looks like they don't have a good enough signal to keep continuous coverage anyway so just forget about the link. :-\

T-0 is apparently at 11:34 UTC.

<Slightly OT background info> About this Kris Wu guy - he's a Chinese actor who was a former member of one of the most famous K-POP groups (and probably one of the very few Chinese who made to the forefront of Korean pop). He's currently in Xichang for a charity event (Xichang is one of China's poorest places and IIRC many are living below the $1 US poverty line).

Sorry for the digress....  ;) </Slightly OT background info>

Nope, T-0 is still around 10 minutes away.  :P

Also note that due to direct orbit injection we might not see official confirmation of launch until 4 hours after liftoff.  ;)
