Following the flight of Apollo 13, NASA decided not to fly another mission "13" and re-numbered the shuttle flights around that flight. With SpaceX coming close to its 13th manned crew flight to ISS, do you think SpaceX / NASA will call that flight "13"?

Finally! a "legitimate" use for Starliner! Fly Starliner-1 after Crew-12 and before Crew-14!

Finally! a "legitimate" use for Starliner! Fly Starliner-1 after Crew-12 and before Crew-14! Isn't the "Crew" name specific to SpaceX missions ? (otherwise, Starliner-1 would rather be Starliner-13). In that case, even if flown after Starliner-1, the next Crew mission will be Crew-13.

But by their side, after Soyuz 1, the Russians never named a Soyuz mission with a "1" again, even if it was manned (see Soyuz T, TM, TMA, TMA-M, MS)

If you read my initial post, I said NASA, not Roscosmos. I understand that Russia used "13" multiple times, but since Apollo 13 NASA hasn't.
It's great that there was a thread for the Crew-13 crew, do you have any suggestions for a crew?

NASA no longer has any astronauts assigned to Starliner-1. Scott Tingle was on the crew but has become chief of the astronaut office. Luke Delaney was also assigned, but has now moved to Crew-13, per a source.
“The next commercial flight to the International Space Station without a specific provider assigned is targeted no earlier than October 2026. This flight will handover with NASA’s SpaceX Crew-12 mission, which is targeted to launch in early 2026,” a NASA spokesperson said.
