The launch date for the first FORMOSAT-8 satellite, the Zeppelin satellite (FS-8A), has been postponed, and the launch date is now undetermined. The Zeppelin satellite, launched aboard SpaceX's Transporter-15, was originally scheduled to launch at 2:18 AM Taiwan time on November 11th. We received notification yesterday morning that the launch would be postponed by one day; today we received another notification from SpaceX that the launch would be postponed again. This change is due to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) being affected by the failure to pass the government budget, which led to the closure of many departments and the gradual reduction of aircraft flights. The FAA also announced that, starting from November 10th, it will prohibit commercial space launches and other atmospheric activities from 6:00 to 22:00 local time every day (the lifting of the ban will be announced separately). The Transporter-15 rocket launch was originally scheduled for 10:18 AM local time, but the launch scheduled for next week has been cancelled (due to the orbital requirements of the FORMOSAT-8 mission, the launch time is fixed at around 10:18 AM and cannot be changed to a non-restricted time period). The TASA team currently at the launch site preparing for the launch will take relevant measures in response to the launch delay to ensure the functionality and health of the Zeppelin satellite, maintain contact with SpaceX to learn about the new launch date of the rocket flight, and stay informed of the latest developments in the US FAA's space activity ban.

Of the sats mentioned on the SpaceX press kits, the only ones I can't find any hint on are: Luna-1
Quote from: jcm on 11/11/2025 06:27 amOf the sats mentioned on the SpaceX press kits, the only ones I can't find any hint on are: Luna-1Possibly Lunasonde's 6U low frequency SAR satellite? The San Xavier link on their website has been deleted, they've previously manifested with Exolaunch, are reticent on social media, and the satellite was originally launching on Transporter-14 and then Bandwagon-4.
Of the sats mentioned on the SpaceX press kits, the only ones I can't find any hint on are: Luna-1AC1-001 / 002 /003Any suggestions?
I saw somewhere AC-001 to 003 could be Azalea RF-1 to 3, with the C standing for "cluster".

🇦🇪 Exolaunch is proud to announce the award of a launch contract by the Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre through a public tender to deliver the MBRSC’s PHI-1 12U satellite into orbit 🚀The PHI-1 satellite will be deployed by Exolaunch’s #Nova deployer aboard SpaceX's #Transporter15 mission scheduled for NET November 19th, 2025. In addition, on the same Falcon 9 mission, Exolaunch will deploy the MBRSC’s HCT-Sat2 satellite built by the Bulgarian satellite manufacturer and our long-standing customer EnduroSat.The integration of the PHI-1 and HCT-Sat2 satellites have been successfully completed by our launch teams prior to the Falcon 9 lift-off.We are pleased to continue our fruitful collaboration with MBRSC, advancing the UAE’s unique and rapidly growing #NewSpace ecosystem and space exploration programs 🚀
The PHI is intended to contribute to broadening space activities and applications and to advancing human resource development in line with the mission and objectives of UNOOSA’s Access to Space for All initiative, and MBRSC’s demonstrated commitment to promoting space science and technology.MBRSC will provide 12U spacecraft platform, launch and ground station for PHI-1 mission. On the other hand, the selected entities will provide tested payloads to MBRSC, in which a maximum volume of 5U is available through this opportunity, ready for integration with the spacecraft and participate with MBRSC in Flight Model Assembly, Integration and Testing (FM AIT) activities.
