Another company, Geometric Energy, getting into the rideshare brokering business.  They say NET this flight, so we'll see if they actually make it.  Maverick Space will be doing the actual integration, and I assume using the Maverick dispensers.  I would guess Maverick and Geometric Energy are splitting space on the port.

[PR Newswire] Geometric Energy to Launch Aboard Falcon 9 Rideshare Mission

CALGARY, AB, April 1, 2021 /PRNewswire/ - Geometric Energy Corporation (GEC) proudly announces the launch of its CubeSat RideShare Program. The Program's inaugural mission, Geometric-1, will launch aboard a SpaceX rideshare mission no earlier than June 2022. Geometric-1 will launch a 12 x 6U CubeSat adapter plate into low Earth orbit, offering affordable 6U CubeSats aimed especially at startups and smaller budget projects.

Born from humble beginnings near Alberta's Rocky Mountains, GEC is dedicated to helping diverse clients launch into space. According to the company's CEO, Samuel Reid, the original motivation for the Rideshare Program is "to lower the cost barrier for startups and smaller budget launches, especially those that help to fulfill our company's mandate of transforming civilization for the better." Accordingly, in addition to more commercially oriented projects, some of the mission's CubeSats are intended for geoponics research that advances sustainable agriculture. Mr. Reid stresses that expanding access to space beyond governments and large corporations is the RideShare Program's "regulative, guiding ideal." But insists that such expansion requires "not only ensuring that space missions are financially accessible to even smaller budget projects, but also that we prioritize projects that aim to enhance humanity at large."

To achieve that ideal, along with its subsidiary company, Geometric Space Corporation, GEC is proud to receive support from the integration partner Maverick Space. Maverick Space will ensure ESPA port access for the following companies that are set to partake in the mission: JRA Holdings, Red Rock Unlimited, POINTBLANK Company, as supported by GURACORP®, Alpha Cube Sat (ACS) supported by Xtraordinary Innovative Space Partnerships, Inc. (XISP-Inc.)., and Marcantonio Global LLC as supported by the Defense Technology Innovation Program.

In closing, Mr. Reid maintains that Geometric-1 will be the first of many missions within its burgeoning RideShare Program, and encourages interested parties to contact his team directly at the addresses below.

It sounds like DARPA is aiming for this mission for the first Blackjack launch, depending on whether their satellites are ready.  (The comments on the launch are at the very end of the podcast.)

Not really a 300 kg satellite, more a 300 kg carrier which will deploy many Skykraft satellites.

Momentus Announces 2022 Launch Services Agreement With Danish Students CubeSat Program

August 05, 2021 07:19 AM Eastern Daylight Time
SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Momentus Inc. ("Momentus" or the "Company"), a U.S. commercial company that plans to offer transportation and in-space infrastructure services, today announced a launch services agreement with the Danish Students CubeSat Program (DISCO).

The launch services agreement was formally signed earlier this year and is focused on a mid-2022 launch and delivery of a 1U CubeSat to its low-Earth orbit destination aboard a Momentus Vigoride service vehicle.

"Allowing students to conduct science in orbit challenges, energizes and encourages a new generation of STEM advocates," said Momentus Chief Revenue Officer Dawn Harms. "We're looking forward to helping the DISCO team achieve its mission objectives."

The DISCO satellite will host a series of student experiments from across a consortium of four Danish universities and serve as a communication station for radio amateurs around the world. One of the DISCO team's goals is to learn to use S-band frequencies for communications with the 1U satellite. This could allow subsequent DISCO satellites to send much more significant amounts of data down to Earth.

"DISCO-1 will be the first in a series of hopefully many CubeSats that we will launch in the DISCO program," said Associate Professor at Aarhus University and leader of the DISCO project Christoffer Karoff. "We are extremely happy for the collaboration with Momentus. They have been very helpful in guiding us through the complicated process of launching a satellite."

Exo-Space's Vision-1/FeatherEdge cubesat may be on this flight:

Exo-Space pivots to meet demand for on-orbit processing

Quote
Exo-Space’s first FeatherEdge, which fills half of a single cubesat, is scheduled to make it’s on-orbit debut in June 2022 on a rideshare flight organized by Chicago-based Orbital Transports, a space logistics and orbital infrastructure company.

Exo-Space to Fly Vision-1 Image Processor on Get Spaceborne™ Mission

Quote
Los Angeles, CA, August 12, 2021 – Exo-Space announced an agreement with Orbital Transports to demonstrate their Vision-1 image analysis data processing unit on a Get Spaceborne™ rideshare mission in low Earth orbit (LEO). The Vision-1 image processor executes novel machine vision algorithms to detect and classify objects and structures within the field of view of on-board imaging systems. Rather than sending large sets of raw data down to ground stations, the Vision-1 processes images directly from an onboard camera and sends down only the relevant information, reducing downlink costs and improving response times to observable events.

“By flying with Orbital Transports, Exo-Space will obtain valuable flight experience and accelerate the development of our products,” said Jeremy Allam, CEO of Exo-Space. “It’s a great opportunity to demonstrate our machine vision hardware in LEO and acquire flight heritage in the space environment.” The Vision-1 is a compact Data Processing Unit for artificial intelligence applications on-orbit. Its small size (0.5U) makes it compatible with most CubeSat platforms.

Not sure if Vision-1 and FeatherEdge are two names for the same payload or separate payloads in the same cubesat.

Looks like SEOPS Equalizer is now on this flight instead of Transporter-3.

But it's confusing, because the company website still shows a Q4 2021 launch with available slots. I suspect it hasn't been updated.

Another weird thing is the mention of SEOPS RIFLE launching in December 2022, even though SpaceX is planning a launch in October 2022, not December (as far as we know).

The SEOPS Equalizer did slip to this flight.  That happened a while ago.  Apparently the dates just haven't been publicly updated for the December flight (I'm assuming that December flight did move, but SpaceX, so who really knows).
