Design work is underway for a second vessel in ULA's cargo fleet. The render below looks similar to existing cargo ship - RocketshipThe company is planning to build a second vessel to meet the expected future demand for its Vulcan rocket. Rocketship is a rather unique vessel as it's designed to traverse both the open ocean and the twisting Mississippi River whilst carrying very large cargo from the Alabama factory to launch sites.

ULA’s R/S RocketShip left Port Canaveral at 8:22 AM yesterday to return to Decatur, AL, and is approaching Bahia Honda Key. The offload was likely for the Dec 15th Amazon LEO LA-04 mission of 27 satellites on an Atlas V 551. Fair winds & following seas @CaptTSulli & crew! 👋
