(1400-1700 UTC = 9:00 am-12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time)

Depending on the issue, they may be able to fix the problem and launch before the window closes.
If they start from the T-45 minute hold, they have until 11:15 am EST.

Or launch during same window tomorrow.
