Minimum cost design launch vehicles

In chapter 9 of this

http://www.dunnspace.com/leo_on_the_cheap.htm

there are references to a series of designs in the late 60's (though the TRW Low Cost Shuttle Surrogate Booster (LCSSB) is a 1981 proposal) for 'Minimum Cost Design Launch Vehicles'.

Does anyone have any more information on them?

Aerospace Design 3 SLV - 18,145kg to LEO $880/kg

Chrysler MCD Booster - 45,360kg to LEO $752/kg

MCDonnell Douglass MCD booster - 45,360kg to LEO $767/kg

Rockwell MCD booster - 20,400kg to LEO $1,381/kg

Martin Marietta MCD boosetr - 20,400kg to LEO $474/kg

Boeing Double Bubble Booster - 15,420kg to LEO $936/kg

Revised Boeing MCD booster - 45,360kg to LEO $1,427/kg

TRW MCD booster - 60,000kg to LEO $1,235/kg

TRW LCSSB - 29,756kg to LEO $1,989/kg

Plus of course, Sea Dragon

All prices in 1993 dollars

John London is still at MSFC.
I am hoping that we see more Sea Dragon advocates come along.
