I'm not quite sure how to translate the name of this GF series satellite ("multi-imaging mode" is the closest thing I can think of), but this project has apparently been floating around for the last few years already. Specifications are for a 2400 kg satellite with 0.5 m panchormatic/ 2 m multi-spectral (8 wave bands) imaging resolution and a planned mission life of 8+ years.

The satellite is the first use of CAST's "Agility Remote Sensing Medium Platform" (see below, from previous years' Zhuhai Airshow), which gives it a pointing accuracy of 10 m without control points, spacecraft body pointing capability of 45 in all directions and movement time of < 20 s in rotating POV by 25. It is mentioned in official sources as similar in capability as DigitalGlobe's Worldview-2.

If the translation is correct, there are two CZ-4B launches scheduled for July, which include:
- Xibaipo and a Gaofen satellite
- Ziyuan-3 03

I would group the names as follows:
太原有[高分多模]及[搭载星西柏坡星]、[资源三号03星],那就是说7月有两发[长四乙]任务
Taiyuan [Gaofen Multimode] with [Piggyback Star Xibaipo Star],
[Resource Three 03 Star],
that means there are two [CZ-4B] missions in July

"The launch was the first of its kind in the 2020 Long March IV series of launch vehicles, which also kicked off the series' high-density launch this year. For the first time, the task used the newly developed four-point connection unlock device and the precise drop-off control technology to change the position of the original secondary fall zone.

In order to meet the requirements of the new platform interface of the main star, the eight-house lasted 3 years of research and development, tailored to the first flight of the four-point connection unlocking device. The separation device underwent 3 rounds of design optimization iteration and more than 100 development tests, providing a strong support and low impact environment for the satellite by means of low impact high reliability, high strength and light weight. Compared with the previous package connection unlock device, the product has the advantages of "small impact, light weight and wide adaptability".

The precision drop zone control adopted by this mission, using the yaw maneuvering method to change the direction of the rocket at all levels of flight segments, greatly solved the safety problem of the landing area."

Bayi 02 : based on letters of this name (B and Y), and the fact there is no mention of a third payload, I think it is also called BY70-2 by AMSAT.
