The correct transcription for the Tianyi satellite is Dianfeng.
Report on one the satellites. Article says that 精致一号/Jingzhi 1/Exquisite 1 was launched in November 2017, but I can't find the corresponding launch for this."On November 3, 2019, at 11:22:39, the Long March 4B carrier rocket ignited at the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center, successfully carried out a four-star launch, successfully put the exquisite high-score test satellite into a predetermined orbit, the exquisite high-score test satellite is the second satellite of the exquisite microsatellite platform, It is also the first application of the platform on high-score remote sensing payloads....The series' debut star, the Exquisite One satellite, was successfully launched in November 2017 and has been in orbit for two years so far. High-score remote sensing "exquisite high score" satellite platform weighs about 30KG, load carrying capacity of up to 60KG, maximum load power is not less than 200W."https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/gYYHdZqeqfW9Vccfcdscow
Dianfeng means 'summit' I gather?
The first satellite is called 精致高分试验卫星 or Exquisite High-score Test Satellite or Jingzhi Gaofen Shiyan Weixing. The second satellite is called 苏丹科学实验卫星一号 or Sudan Scientific Experimental Satellite 1.The third satellite is called 潇湘一号08星 or Xiaoxiang-1 08.http://www.9ifly.cn/forum.php?mod=redirect&goto=findpost&ptid=14212&pid=688559Space insightsToday 11:53 From SpaceNews Superword EditedLaunch Forecast: Tomorrow (November 3) at noon, China will launch the High Score 7 satellite and three small satellites with the Long March IV B carrier rocket at the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center. The three small satellites are the exquisite high-score test satellite developed by Shanghai Aerospace Technology Research Institute, the Development of Sudan Science Experimental Satellite One by Shenzhen Aerospace Oriental Red Sea Satellite Co., Ltd., and the Xiang-1 08 star developed by Changsha Tianyi Space Science and Technology Research Institute Co., Ltd.
What google is translating as "Shenzhen Aerospace Oriental Red Sea Satellite Co., Ltd" is Shenzhen Aerospace DFH HIT Satellite Co Ltd
Jingzhi Gaofen Shiyan Weixing = Huangpu-1 (黄埔一号)first experimental satellite for a planned 90 satellite LEO-constellation (named Dawan Zhitong or Grand Bay Zhitong)source: http://scitech.people.com.cn/n1/2019/1103/c1007-31434697.html
A remaining mystery is this Sudan Science test satellite. ? I haven't been able to find any evidence of a China-Sudan joint satellite technology agreement although it seems plausible. It doesn't seem to be a mistranslation since the English xinhua article http://www.xinhuanet.com/english/2019-11/03/c_138525378.htm explicitly says it's developed for Sudan. If so, the National Centre for Research and the Sudan Univ. of Science and Tech in Khartoum seem likely participants.

Also, the fins used in this flight are a different (in which way) from July's CZ-2C's.https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/h50mmOiCPyPhzA4OC4Z76A
Close up look at the grid fins on a Long March 4B launched in November, with engineer Chen Xuewei. These apparently reduced the target drop zone by 85%. Images: SAST mp.weixin.qq.com/s/ReFpPyolP6n6…
