Any informations about live webcast? Last time there was webcast, so I think it should be this time too.

More information should become available after next week's static test firing. No launch attempt unless that one is passed.

So how about some news on the static test?  Is is still planned for this week?  Is everything necessary on the island?
What kind of wastrels would dump a perfectly good booster in the ocean after just one use?

SpaceX's PR doesn't really say much at the best of times, so hopefully Braddock can get something out of them as he's got a number of really good articles on SpaceX on this site and an Elon Musk interview. So they should be able to get some news?

The launch window is now March 19th to 22nd (California time).  During extended ground testing in late February, one of our second stage thrust vector control boards indicated a problem.  Although our analysis showed substantial margin for flight, we decided nonetheless to increase the robustness of certain of the components and run a delta qualification.

The upgraded boards will be installed this week.  If all goes well, Falcon 1 will do a static fire next week and then launch in the week of the 19th.
.

Update released today....

I get the impression SpaceX don't give a hoot about having media coverage for this one. Seen as this site has the most space industry people on it, I'm betting there's SpaceX people here too. I notice Elon Musk is registered here too.

I'm surprised as they seem to have been open before:

About 10 SpaceX articles, with Elon interviews and a lead engineer interview.

It's dated the 5th on spacex's web page.  They've only got one day left of their 'next week' test firing before it'd appear they're behind schedule again and unlikely to make the 19th launch window.

4.5 days to opening of the window. Hopefully they'll issue a status update tommorow(Friday) as the launch window opens on Monday.

They have gotten tightlipped.  And as much as I want information I think its better to keep quite until they are close and have more certainty.  I am certain that last years failed attempt put some sober thought into Elon's mind.

Hang in there, we are certainly closer than we were.
We very much need orbiter missions to Neptune and Uranus.  The cruise will be long, so we best get started.

You would think that since SpaceX does a press release for EVERYTHING we would have one for a sucessful static fire test.

Well, the launch schedule here: http://msdb.honeywell-tsi.com/launches.asp still shows the March 19 as the launch date with the launch window on that date being between 2300 UTC and 0300 UTC.

Let's hope that Charles Lurio is not merely repeating news he read here, or we will have a self-licking ice cream cone.

The silence is odd but maybe just being careful.  Unless I've missed it they don't have any directions for media to get access to the facilities in CA for coverage of the countdown etc.  They did that before each of the other attempts.
