Is Soyuz MS-13 still scheduled for landing on December 19th?, because if the mission is launching 6 July, then the mission would come out to 166 days long, although during the recent press conference with Dmitry Rogozin and William Gerstenmaier, Gerstenmaier stated that Hammock-Koch and and Morgan would have their missions extended to facilitate the flight of a UAE astronaut, and he specifically stated that Morgan would be extending his mission past 180 days (I may have heard this wrong but I'm pretty sure thats what I heard). That means MS-13 will be at least 180 days long, which will mean either the launch date is moving to the left to around 22 June, or the landing date will have to move to the right to around 3 January 2020. I may have missed something although I though I would bring this up because I haven't seen anyone asking about it.

The plan is to have Koch launch on Soyuz MS-12 and return on Soyuz MS-13, while Morgan launches on Soyuz MS-13 and returns on Soyuz MS-15. Hence both Koch and Morgan will have their individual flights extended past 180 days, although the duration of Soyuz flights are not extended.

Boeing Co has delayed by at least three months its first uncrewed flight to the International Space Station under NASA’s human spaceflight program, and pushed its crewed flight until November, industry sources said on Wednesday.

Koch had been scheduled to conduct this spacewalk with astronaut McClain, in what would have been the first all-female spacewalk. However, after consulting with McClain and Hague following the first spacewalk, mission managers decided to adjust the assignments, due in part to spacesuit availability on the station. McClain learned during her first spacewalk that a medium-size hard upper torso – essentially the shirt of the spacesuit – fits her best. Because only one medium-size torso can be made ready by Friday, March 29, Koch will wear it.

McClain now is tentatively scheduled to perform her next spacewalk – the third in this series – on Monday, April 8 with Canadian Space Agency astronaut David Saint-Jacques. Assignments for this spacewalk will be finalized following completion of the second spacewalk.

March 29  12:20-19:20 - spacewalk (ISS U.S. EVA-53) from Quest airlock (installing new batteries in the ISS P4 Truss 2A Power Channel) [Koch, Hague]
Early April - RRM3

April 8  12:05-19:05 - spacewalk (ISS U.S. EVA-54) from Quest airlock (Truss Jumper U/R) [McClain, Saint-Jacques]

"When Kounotori 8 launches to the ISS in the fall, it will bring another pallet of batteries, this time for the P6 truss. The pallet from Kounotori 7 will be loaded in Kounotori 8 for disposal at the end of its mission. In 2020, Kounotori 9 is expected to bring the batteries for the S6 truss."

There is some discussion to fly HTV-9 in a double ULC configuration to return both of the HTV-8 and HTV-9 pallets because they prefer controlled disposal over jettison.

"The American side appealed to the Russian with a request to postpone the launch of the Union MS-13 for two weeks - from 6 to 20 July, as well as to extend its flight for two months - from December 2019 until February 2020," the source said.
