At 2:32 a.m. EST, Crew Dragon undocked from the International Space Station to begin the final phase of its uncrewed Demo-1 flight test.
...
Following separation, Crew Dragon’s thrusters will initiate the spacecraft’s deorbit burn at about 7:53 a.m. The 15-minute, 25-second burn will place the Crew Dragon on its final re-entry path into Earth’s atmosphere. The spacecraft is expected to splashdown in the Atlantic Ocean at about 8:45 a.m., its speed slowed by an enhanced parachute system in which drogue parachutes will deploy about four minutes before landing to unfurl four main chutes less than a minute later.

September 25 - Soyuz MS-15 (61S) launch and docking (to Poisk) [Exp 61/62: Skripochka, Cassidy (TBD), Al Mansouri]
...
October 3 - Soyuz MS-12 (58S) undocking (from Rassvet) and landing [Exp 59/60: Ovchinin, Koch (TBD), Al Mansouri]

There are two UAE candidates, Hazza Al Mansouri and Sultan Al Neyadi: https://www.emirates247.com/news/emirates/sheikh-mohammed-receives-emirati-astronauts-sultan-al-neyadi-hazza-al-mansouri-2019-03-06-1.680596

Is there a source that confirms the selection of Al Mansouri for MS-12?

It is deploying from Cygnus or Antares? Not from ISS?

I do not know that at the moment, we have to wait for a press release of NanoRacks and/or Northrop Grumman in front of the launch.

But here is a conformation from JAXA for SpooQy-1 and the three Birds 3 satellites on deployment from Kibo.

The CubeSat was handed over this time based on the contract to deploy small satellites from "Kibo". It was done between JAXA and 'Singapore Space and Technology Association' (SSTA). The SpooQy-1 and BIRDS-3 were handed over to JAXA on the same day and are scheduled to be launched aboard the Cygnus 11 Spacecraft from Virginia, USA.

From the ISS Crew Plan thread
https://www.americaspace.com/2019/03/08/on-international-womens-day-nasa-looks-forward-to-first-all-female-eva-in-late-march-koch-tapped-for-longer-iss-stay/

Much speculation has abounded in recent months about the return schedule for various U.S. and Russian crew members, later this year, particularly in light of the fact that the first United Arab Emirates (UAE) spacefarer is expected to fly a short-duration mission of around ten days aboard Soyuz MS-15 in September. To free up a seat aboard Soyuz MS-12 for his return to Earth, it has been suggested that a Soyuz MS-12 crew member may enjoy a longer than nominal stay aboard the ISS. In comments provided to AmericaSpace, NASA’s Rob Navias explained definitively that “Hague returns to Earth in October”.

Launching alongside the UAE spaceflight participant are expected to be Russian cosmonaut Oleg Skripochka—who will rejoin his one-time crewmate Christina Koch—and former NASA Chief Astronaut Chris Cassidy, who will remain aboard the space station until late spring 2020. According to Mr. Navias, “we expect Koch to remain on-board ISS” beyond October, with Ovchinin and Hague joining the UAE astronaut aboard Soyuz MS-12 for the return to Earth on 3 October. Asked if Koch would return on Soyuz MS-13 in December, or remain aboard even longer, returning on Soyuz MS-15 in April 2020, Mr. Navias advised that “the Flight Program is under review”. In either case, a landing in December 2019 or later will provide Koch with a minimum-duration mission of nine months aboard the ISS, the second-longest duration ever achieved by a female spacefarer on a single mission, after Peggy Whitson.

NASA has updated the site about Upcoming ELaNa CubeSat Launches
https://www.nasa.gov/content/upcoming-elana-cubesat-launches
Quote
ELaNa 26
Date:  NET April 17, 2019
Mission:  NG-11 – Antares II, Wallops Flight Facility, Va.
2 CubeSat Missions scheduled to be deployed
CAPSat – University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, Illinois
HARP – University of Maryland, Baltimore County, Maryland
Only two sats remain, HARP and TJREVERB moved to NG-12. The question is about the three Virginia CubeSat Constellation satellites, which are readdy to fly, but not included in the new schedule.
They have changed it again.
https://www.nasa.gov/content/upcoming-elana-cubesat-launches
Now only the VCC sats are on NG-11.
As I assumed CAPSat is now NG-12, HARP is missing.

Is Soyuz MS-13 still scheduled for landing on December 19th?, because if the mission is launching 6 July, then the mission would come out to 166 days long, although during the recent press conference with Dmitry Rogozin and William Gerstenmaier, Gerstenmaier stated that Hammock-Koch and and Morgan would have their missions extended to facilitate the flight of a UAE astronaut, and he specifically stated that Morgan would be extending his mission past 180 days (I may have heard this wrong but I'm pretty sure thats what I heard). That means MS-13 will be at least 180 days long, which will mean either the launch date is moving to the left to around 22 June, or the landing date will have to move to the right to around 3 January 2020. I may have missed something although I though I would bring this up because I haven't seen anyone asking about it.

"The American side brought to the Russian information about the launch date of the Starliner unmanned ship - April 29. One day after the launch, the ship must dock with the ISS. It is planned that on May 7 Starliner will leave the station and return to Earth," the agency’s source said.
However, according to him, the launch of Starliner may be postponed to May.
