At what point will the COTS rendezvous make it to this list?
Is there any significance to it not yet being on the list?
What kind of wastrels would dump a perfectly good booster in the ocean after just one use?

ISS orbit will be possibly reboosted by Discovery engines on March 3rd.

At what point will the COTS rendezvous make it to this list? Is there any significance to it not yet being on the list?

I will add Dragon flights when the final decision will be made about combining or not combining of Demo 2 and Demo 3 flights. As for Cygnus flights, I will wait till the first launch of Taurus 2 rocket.

Today are two reports on the homepage of the TsPk about an EVA training by Borisenko and Samokutyayev. May be my first idea of the crew of EVA-29 was wrong or they have changed the crew.

Hmm, that's interesting. I wonder if it has anything to do with concerns about collisions with ATV-2 or STS-133?

Sergei Samburov (head specialist at RSC Energiya and technical leader of Radioskaf programme) stated on Sunday, that the delay of Kedr's launch is in no way connected with either technical problems with satellite itself, or with busy traffic in the vicinity of ISS in coming days. "Simply it is better to launch it after Gegarin's jubilaeum," he said. (Cited from NK)

Kedr to Be Switched on in the ISS on April 12.

Russian cosmonauts Dmitry Kondratiev and Oleg Skripochka won’t launch small spacecraft Kedr during their spacewalk scheduled for Feb.16, Roscosmos Stats Secretary, Deputy Head Vitaly Davydov told news media.
According to him, the idea is to switch on Kedr inside the ISS on April 12, in order to commemorate the jubilee of Yury Gagarin’s mission. Weak batteries of the RF-amateur satellite won’t let it fly and transmit signals until this date, if the satellite is launched on Feb. 16.
Small spacecraft Kedr developed under the RadioSkaf experiment bears the name adopted by Yu.A. Gagarin call sign in his historical flight, namely Kedr. The satellite’s signal will be transmitted at radio amateur frequency of 145.95 MHz. Kedr has radio amateur call sign RS1S.
RadioSkaf is implemented in the framework of UNESCO’s student space education program.

How come ATV-3's stay on ISS is just over a month when it is designed to stay for 6 months?

Soyuz TMA-21 launch delayed from March 30 indefinitely due to faulty part (capacitor) in communication system Kvant-B. Decision was made today (2011-03-14) by Roscosmos collegium.  Special working group (Roscosmos, Energiya, TsNIIMash and sucontractors members) was established. It should present findings and proposals. New  launch date should be decided by Council of Main Designers, then acknovledged by State Commisino and Collegium of Roscosmos.
