At what point will the COTS rendezvous make it to this list? Is there any significance to it not yet being on the list?

According to Novosti kosmonavtiki the release of the Kedr satellite is delayed to an EVA after April, 12th.
Hmm, that's interesting. I wonder if it has anything to do with concerns about collisions with ATV-2 or STS-133?
Here is a Free App I've written for the iPad which puts all the ISS info together.http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/iss-cdr/id412445326?mt=8Bob
