Should I keep the screenshots going?

PAO tells that no other spacewalks scheduled for this expedition. According to the schedule thread, the next US EVA is scheduled for next August - hopefully no unscheduled spacewalks before that :)  What will be done in August?

Well they answered that.

Thanks for the company, I really enjoyed the EVA. And congratulations for the success! Hope they stopped the leak.

Great EVA, great coverage! :) :) :)

One question: had the cooling loop leakage happens on somewhere other than the P6 truss (P4/S4/S6), would it be more difficult to stop the leak (i.e. the astronauts would have to disconnect one of the EECAS TCRs and move it to the working place, disconnecting the leaking PVR and connect the spare TCR )? It seems that in that case it would take more than 1 EVA to complete all the work.....  :-\

Yes, you are correct - in a way, it's a gift that the leak was on the P6, as the TCRs were already installed there ready. Relocating a radiator can be done, but it's is no small feat.

What will be done in August?

Any routine maintenance tasks that crop up between now and then, plus some of the stuff deferred from EVAs 18 and 19 a few months back (i.e PMA-2 cover install, MBS mast camera R&R), plus relocation of two HRSGF (Heat Rejection Subsystem Grapple Fixture) bars from the MBS POA to their respective radiators - these are not aboard the ISS yet, as they will be delivered to the ISS on Dragon CRS-2 (SpX-2) next year. Also, the failed MBSU-1, currently sitting on ESP-2, will be brought inside for a repair attempt.

Here's my list of currently outstanding USOS EVA tasks:
• PMA-2 thermal cover install
• MBS mast CLPA R&R
• JEF VE R&R
• CP7 ETVCG R&R
• CETA light S1-1 R&R
• FGB PDGF grounding wire reconfig
• FGB PDGF 1553 cable install
• MLM cable routing
• S1 FHRC P-clamps removal
• Port CETA cart & EVA tool reconfig
• Failed MBSU-1 transfer to ISS interior

Thanks, Pete, thats a great answer.

edit:
Its a bit difficult to get the head around from think about well-defined and years ahead rehearsed assembly tasks to just thinking about routine maintainance.

Great article Pete! :) Let’s see if that “pesky” ammonia leak can be isolated once and for all. Thanks for the excellent coverage everyone!

Another massive & awesome article Pete. Fantastic job.

You can't get good coverage like this anywhere else!

Soon they'll have you conducting drills on board the ISS! ;)

Fourth most watched video on the BBC site! And a lot of nice clips of the EVA.

Win win!

Excellent work Pete, as always!

I was really grateful for this summary! it really brings home the truly marvellous engineering involved in the Iss.

Thank you for the kind words DaveJSC, Rocket Science, robertross, and Celebrimbor. You guys are the people I write for, and it's nice to know that people get as much pleasure reading my articles, as I do writing them. :)

And Celebrimbor - I totally agree with your comment about the engineering involved in the ISS. The more I learn, the more I'm amazed and awed at how this massive, hugely complex machine, built all over the world, works (for the most part) completely flawlessly.

Pete, in your article you wrote :

Quote
The next task for Williams was to reconfigure two Early Ammonia Services (EAS) jumpers, in order to connect the channel 2B cooling system to the TTCR. This task involved de-mating the first jumper, FH-01, from its M9 male connection, venting all the nitrogen from it with a nitrogen vent tool, and then connecting it to the M10 male connector. The FH-02 jumper was then connected to the M9 male connector.

I think the Nitrogen Vent Tool's goal is to vent ammonia with nitrogen, not to vent nitrogen with nitrogen. Am I right ?
