will Soyuz TMA-02M still land on Nov 22nd if TMA-22 docks on Nov 14th?

I do not know for now.

I am surprised that Progress M-13M will dock to Pirs... I thought that it would take the place of Progress M-12M on Zvezda, which would be better for reboosts (and MMOD shielding)

You have forgotten that Progress M-10M has a certified life and he can not wait arrival of Progress M-14M till end of January.

No, no, I have not forgotten  ;), but if you have only one Progress on the ISS, I thought it would be better to have it on Zvezda...

Yes, but Progresses on Pirs also provide additional attitude control to the RS. So the question is, what is more valuable to the RS: Additional attitude control (Progress on Pirs), or additional reboost capability (Progress on SM)?

In the schedule, which I saw, the aft end port of Zvezda module will be free till March 19, 2012.

will Soyuz TMA-02M still land on Nov 22nd if TMA-22 docks on Nov 14th?

I do not know for now.

Current schedule of ISS flight events

November 14 - Soyuz TMA-22 docking (to Poisk)
November 22 (TBD) - Soyuz TMA-02M undocking (from Rassvet) and landing [Volkov, Furukawa, Fossum]
Changes on September 13th

From Pete's article of August 31st:
Quote
from 19th November to the end of December, landing site lighting conditions will be too dark to permit a landing. Adequate landing site lighting will return toward the end of December, but by that time Soyuz TMA-02M will be past its 200 day orbital lifetime.
Did I miss something? How can Soyuz TMA-02M land on November 22?

Thank you! Also thank to Pete, from his article:

It is understood that a 22nd November undocking of Soyuz TMA-02M would result in acceptable lighting conditions at the Kazakhstan landing site by way of a dawn landing.

This EVA will occur in January 2013, and will be performed by Chris Hadfield and Tom Marshburn (that means no US EVAs in 2012 :().

Anik, in the Russian launch schedule you have this launch as either December 26 or December 21. Is there any information that the launch will remain as December 26? Other website is showing this launch as fixed date of December 21 at 1310 UT.

I was told that RSC Energia is working according to schedule with December 26 launch date. But in case of need RSC Energia can cut preparation for launch on December 21.

I was told today that the December 21 launch date is impossible now due to technical problems, so RSC Energia is trying hard to prepare Soyuz TMA-03M to the December 26 launch date.

Wow - that means it'll be July before HTV-3 reaches ISS.

I wonder if this delay has to do with the Japanese earthquake (hope not :(), or is this just a vehicle spacing decision?
