Pesquet is currently gearing up for his second flight to the orbital outpost scheduled for April 22. The 43-year-old astronaut will become the first French person who will be assigned the mission of the space station’s commander at one of the flight stages. "For me, it is a great honor and joy to get a proposal to assume the station’s command during my second mission," Pesquet said, commenting on his upcoming space flight.

The French astronaut will travel to the ISS aboard US SpaceX’s Crew Dragon spacecraft. The astronaut is set to conduct over a hundred experiments and make four spacewalks.

Pesquet said in his interview that there were 4 US EVAs scheduled during his flight. This could evolve.
At no time, he said that he would do all 4 EVAs.
It is moreover unlikely because there are 4 people who can do these US EVAs : Kimbrough, Vande Hei, Hoshide and Pesquet.
Kimbrough and Hoshide trained together in the pool.
Pesquet also trained in the pool, as EV1.

I am inclined to believe Novitsky.
The difficult question is who to trust.
According to the picture that came from the TV camera of the ship, the touch was at 14:05:01 UHF (the image wavered).
A little later, on the upper left screen of the MCC in MCC-M, the touch time appeared at 14:05:02, while on the lower right screen, according to telemetry data, the touch was at 14:05:05.
Novitsky reported the time of the mechanical capture - 14:05:06, Roscosmos wrote 14:05:07, NASA said 14:05:03.
I am always guided by the picture from the TV camera of the ship.

On early Saturday morning, April 17, 2021 at 07:55:12 Moscow time, the descent vehicle of the Soyuz MS-17 manned transport vehicle, which undocked today from the International Space Station, made a nominal landing at the design point in Kazakhstan. The crew of the 64th long-term expedition returned to Earth, consisting of Roscosmos cosmonauts Sergei Ryzhikov and Sergei Kud-Sverchkov, as well as NASA astronaut Kathleen Rubins.

All operations on descent from near-earth orbit and landing took place in the normal mode, the crew is feeling well. The ship separated from the Russian segment of the station at 04:34:04 Moscow time. Its propulsion system started to decelerate at 07:01:33 Moscow time, after which it began to decelerate. Shortly thereafter, the Soyuz split into three compartments, and an international crew of three in the descent vehicle experienced overloads of about 3.8g.
