Like many of us, I'm trying to guess the astronauts of Crew-11.
This is a crew that has a reduced training time because it is the crew of Starliner 1 (Tingle, Fincke, Yui and Kutryk) that was supposed to fly this summer.
The astronauts of Crew-11 must therefore come from previously trained crews.
Cardman seems an obvious choice to be commander.
So an experienced astronaut is needed to assist her.
There aren't many choices... except Fincke who is also training to repair the AMS.
Anyway, I imagine that the astronauts of Crew-11 come from the crews of Crew-9 and Starliner 1. That is:

Cardman
Fincke
Wilson or Yui
Platanov

Maybe in Starliner-1:
Tingle
Rookie (maybe Berrios)
Kutryk
Yui or Legoris 🇧🇪

It is premature to talk about Starliner 1 at this time.
There may be a second CFT-2 test mission with 2 experienced astronauts including Tingle.

Is that being seriously discussed? Wow.
The last official statement on the subject that I am aware of was in  NASA's october update Where they deliberately declined to state the nature of the mission:
Quote
Next Starliner Flight
The timing and configuration of Starliner’s next flight will be determined once a better understanding of Boeing’s path to system certification is established. This determination will include considerations for incorporating Crew Flight Test lessons learned, approvals of final certification products, and operational readiness.

Meanwhile, NASA is keeping options on the table for how best to achieve system certification, including windows of opportunity for a potential Starliner flight in 2025.

NASA will provide more information when available.

Galacic01, I count 7 requests from you about the Crew-11 crew announcement in January and February.  That is too much.

Stop spamming the crew threads with the same question over and over again.

Thread trimmed.

I know I'm not allowed to mention Crew-11, so I apologize.
However, is there any information about the British Axiom flight with Tim Peake as CDR or is it just an assumption or was such a flight never planned because I heard that it could be Axiom-5 so I'm asking if anyone knows something about it?

Not that I have any special knowledge on this topic, but my recollection of the public information goes like this:
1) Before the current Ax-4 contract was signed with Axiom, the UK approached Axiom about
a UK crewed flight to the ISS.
2) After the discussions were concluded, the UK needed to find the funds to pay for the mission.
3) Since then I've seen one or two updates which say the UK hasn't raised the funds yet.
4) When I say UK I'm referring to the entity that initiated the discussion with Axiom.
5) Axiom was awarded the 1st 4 private missions to the ISS. However Vast and Axiom have applied
for PM5 and NASA has not yet announced the winner.
6) As yet there is no contract for an all British crew private mission to the ISS and if the UK
raise the funds they have to decide how to proceed:
   a) negotiate a contract with the winner of the NASA PM5 award   or
   b) negotiate a contract with Axiom for the next PM award they get from NASA.

Just to be clear there is no contract for an all UK crew on a mission to the ISS as yet.

Carl

EDIT:
I probably should have been more pedantic about the costs - there are 2 parts:
1) The costs for the Dragon flight/recovery including all the training. I think the plan was
for the UK Space Agency to fund this part but I'm not certain.
2) They were also looking for UK companies to fund experiments to be conducted at the ISS
and besides funding the experiments to fund the training of the astronauts that would
actually run the experiments. I think that it was in this section that the shortfall in funding was
occurring, or at least that was my impression the last time I saw an update [and I don't remember
where I saw that update but "Spaceflight" is a likely place].

My understanding is that it is still being planned in theory but has not yet been scheduled (or anything like that) in practice, but I could be wrong.

What is PM5?

If you ask a question like that, you need to phrase it like:

In this post (provide a Link), PM was mentioned. What is the meaning or use of that Acronym?

Otherwise, we have no idea what you refereeing to.

Why is there such a delay in announcing the rest of the 11 crew? Zena Cardman and Stephanie Wilson have a chance of being part of it?

It was already discussed when Galacic01 requested the same thing.

What is PM5?

I'm not an expert on this topic, but I would suggest that you read
NASA web pages on their transition to a Commercial Space Station.

When NASA announced their transition to a commercial Space Station,
they announced that they would support one or two Private Missions [PM] to the
ISS each year . Each of these PMs would last 1 or 2 weeks.

As I recollect it, only Axiom bid on the 1st 4 PMs So NASA awarded all 4
to Axiom. So far Axiom have launched Ax1,2 and 3 with Ax4 due shortly.

The 5th PM [PM5] has been bid on by both Axiom and Vast but so far
NASA has not awarded PM5 to either company.
If Vast wins PM5 I don't know what they would call that mission to the ISS,
since they have Vast1,2,3,etc for visits to their Haven 1.
If Axiom won PM5 then it would probably call that mission Ax5.

The purpose of these PMs is to have the Commercial Space Station companies
gain experience with crewed launches and all the necessary training
as well as getting experience of running experiments at the ISS.

But all of this is public information and I'm pretty confident
I got all this from reading NASA press releases.
I'd further expect that an elementary use of Google should find those announcements.

I think Cardman could be a CDR, as I have Mike Fincke from Starliner-1 (or Mike CRD and Zena PLT) as a pilot, MS-1 Kimiya Yui (also from Starliner-1) and MS-2 Oleg Platonov

I think we will meet the crew at the end of February or in March after the Crew-10 conference.

What is PM5?

I know what you mean. PAM-5 (I think a letter may have gotten left out above, but I could be wrong) is Private Astronaut Mission 5, which will most likely be either AX-5 or a Vast flight.

Why is there such a delay in announcing the rest of the 11 crew? Zena Cardman and Stephanie Wilson have a chance of being part of it?

This issue has already been discussed to death. No one knows, and we'll find out who's on it when it is announced.

One question regarding the handover of the expedition.
If Onishi is the commander of ISS-73 after Suni Williams departs on Crew-9, about a week after Crew-10 arrives. Traditionally, the change of expedition occurs after the departure of Soyuz , which in this case will take place around April 20, 12 days after the arrival of MS-27, so formally from the departure of Suni Williams to the departure of MS-26 should still be Expedition 72 but then Onishi will command part of ISS-72 and the entire ISS-73 or will the known expedition take place after the departure of the Crew-9 Dragon ?

And another question, who was originally supposed to be the commander of Expedition 72 before the Starliner failure?Ovchinin, Hauge or maybe Wilson ?

The most likely scenario is that Ovchinin commands from the return of Crew-9 to the return of MS-26, Onishi commands from the return of MS-26 to the return of Crew-10, Ryzhikov commands from the return of Crew-10 to the return of MS-27, and so forth and so on after that.

And another question, who was originally supposed to be the commander of Expedition 72 before the Starliner failure?Ovchinin, Hauge or maybe Wilson ?

How would we know? It never got announced.

I just saw a photo on social media showing astronauts training for potential AMS repairs. Anne McClain, Nicole Ayers with Mike Fincke, Zena Cardman and Kimiya Yui. Might be a hint as to the Crew 11 assignments. Fincke, Cardman, Yui, Platonov?
