Progression--stage right--of the launch date for the second Blagovest satellite.

The remaining Proton manifest still included an impressive list of up to five federal payloads, but it is deceptive due to tenuous chances to fly for the majority of these missions before the end of the year. The first of them -- the Blagovest-12L military communications satellite -- was scheduled for liftoff on March 22, which is very possibly the only Proton mission with a solid launch date in the course of the entire year.

Has anyone seen video recording of this launch?

I've been looking for it last few days but couldn't find it. I didn't have such problems even with Chinese launches!
I've found mentions in Russian TV like this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=91&v=-oCCHPICdXk but it turned out to be replay of the 2017 Proton-M launch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=55&v=HwlwdJZpUTg

I expected video to appear on one of these YouTube channels:
https://www.youtube.com/user/tvroscosmos/videos
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCQGqX5Ndpm4snE0NTjyOJnA/videos
https://www.youtube.com/user/ILSLaunchServices/videos
But it didn't happen (yet).

If you mean this image: https://beta.ilslaunch.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/blagovest12-1024x683.jpg

Then yes, despite the fact it's named "blagovest12", that is a photo of Blagovest 11L launch, that can be found, for example, in this article from February 7, 2018: https://thedefensepost.com/2018/02/07/russia-blagovest-military-satellite-launch-april-plans/

The article includes full size image: https://thedefensepost.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/Proton-M_3729797946.jpg
And a description:
Quote
Proton-M rocket lifts off with the Russian Blagovest 11L satellite on August 17, 2017 from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan. Image: Roscosmos

So you are right.
