Please tell me what you need to translate - I would not have time to translate WHOLE report. Or give me a list of questions... :)

Are the annual reports for the other major Russian space companies available too (like Khrunichev)?

Nothing to do with the annual report, but just as it was published, the head of Energia Vladimir Solntsev announced his resignation :

http://tass.com/science/1011874

Quote
MOSCOW, July 4. /TASS/. Vladimir Solntsev, the head of the Rocket and Space Corporation Energia (RSC Energia) is to step down starting from August 3, corporation officials told TASS on Tuesday.
"Today, RSC Energia Director General Vladimir Solntsev has tendered a resignation, he is to leave his post starting from August 3, 2018," the sources said.

A rocket and space industry source told TASS that Sergei Romanov, the general designer of RSC Energia for manned space systems, will be appointed acting director.

The new director general will be appointed during an emergency shareholders’ meeting on August 21, an anonymous industry source said. Official Roscosmos sources were tight-lipped on when the new company head will be chosen.

Solntsev became the company’s president in September 2014. Since June 2016, he served as the company’s director general. Among notable events of his leadership is the deal to sell RSC Energia’s assets in the Sea Launch project to the S7 Space company.

Interesting background by Igor Sarfonov on kommersant.ru today:
https://www.kommersant.ru/doc/3676212

Turns out Solntsev was heavily criticized by Rogozin following the Angosat-1 failure last December, but that Roscosmos chief Igor Komarov stopped him from being fired at the time. Other factors came into play as well, such as delays in the Federatsiya project. After Rogozin took over from Komarov, Solntsev was left with little choice. He still attended the Soyuz launch early last month but then left on vacation. The Russians have a nice expression for this type of forced resignation which sounds something like "He was resigned" (Yevo ushli).
