Was it just me, but the ILS "live" coverage was about 5 minutes behind the coverage given by http://online.roscosmos.ru/.   ILS had the launch more than 5 minutes after the Russian coverage.

Was ILS delaying the coverage or would it be a problem with their internet feeds?

ILS has to take the broadcast footage from Russia, and then redistribute it through their live footage. The delay was certainly not 5 minutes, but it was noticeable. For example, the launch caught the presenter by surprise.
